1. Type and Number of New Shares: 29,117 registered common shares

2. Method of Share Issuance: Allotment to a third party in accordance with Article 9, Paragraph 2 of the Articles of Incorporation

3. Purpose of Fundraising: Procurement of funds for operational and facility expenses to achieve the company’s business objectives

4. Issue Price per Share: KRW 209,500 (Face value: KRW 500)

5. Total Amount of Issuance: KRW 6,100,011,500

6. Allotment Recipients:

K-Robot No.1 New Technology Investment Fund: 19,571 registered common shares / KRW 4,100,124,500

SeAH-OpenWater 2024 Busan Regional Innovation Investment Fund: 9,546 registered common shares / KRW 1,999,887,000

7. Subscription Deposit: None (Full payment to be made on the payment date)

8. Subscription Date: April 7, 2025

9. Payment Date: April 7, 2025

10. Payment Bank: IBK Industrial Bank of Korea, Bucheon Ssangyong 3rd Branch

11. Dividend Commencement Date: January 1, 2025

12. Other Matters: The CEO is delegated to handle specific tasks related to the issuance of these new shares and to decide on any subsequent changes.
