AL.Robot (CEO Kang Dae-hee), a company specializing in force and torque sensors and control technology for robots, has obtained accreditation as an accredited calibration laboratory in the torque field (Accreditation No.: KC26-458) from the Korea Accreditation System (KOLAS) under the Korean Agency for Technology and Standards (KATS) of the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy. The accreditation is valid from July 29, 2026, to July 28, 2030.
KOLAS (Korea Laboratory Accreditation Scheme) is a national accreditation body that evaluates and accredits the quality management systems and technical capabilities of testing and calibration laboratories in accordance with international standards (KS Q ISO/IEC 17025:2017).
Calibration is a process of ensuring the reliability and accuracy of measurement values by comparing standard instruments and measuring instruments traceable to national standards, and it is a core procedure for quality control and product reliability in industrial settings.
