At AL.Robot, we stand behind the quality and reliability of our products. We are committed to ensuring that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. To provide peace of mind, we offer comprehensive warranty coverage for our force and torque sensors.
Warranty
AL.Robot Co., Ltd. (hereafter “AL.Robot”) warrants this product against defects in materials [and workmanship] for a period of One year from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, products determined by AL.Robot to be defective in form of function will be repaired or replaced at AL.Robot’s option, at no charge.
Any and all such warranties are expressly in lieu of any and all other representations, warranties or conditions, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, any implied warranties or conditions of non-infringement, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and those arising by statute or otherwise in law or from a course of dealing or usage of trade.
Exclusions
This warranty does not apply if subjected to any of the following: abuse, improper use, negligence, abnormal and incorrect conditions of operation, accident, fire, modification, failure of the end-user to follow the operating procedures outlined in the user’s manual, failure of the end user to follow the maintenance procedures in the service manual for the product, operation of the product outside of the published environmental and electrical parameters. AL.Robot may disclaim warranty for the products in use with any combination of non-AL.Robot products that customer may choose to connect to the product.
Limits of liability
This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty expressed or implied, save as in this warranty. In no event shall AL.Robot be held liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential loss or damages, such as lost revenue or lost business opportunities arising from the purchase of this product.
How to File a Claim
Warranty Claims
If you experience any issues with your AL. Robot product, please follow these steps to file a warranty claim.
- Contact our Service Team
- Assessment: Our team will assess the issue and determine if it is covered under the warranty. We may request additional information or ask you to send the product to our service center for further evaluation.
- Resolution: If the issue is covered under the warranty, we will repair or replace the product at no cost to you. If the product is not covered, we will provide an estimate for repair or replacement.
