Notice of issuance of new shares under free capital increase
AL.Robot hereby announces the issuance of new shares pursuant to Article 461 of the Commercial Act, as the Board of Directors resolved the issuance of new shares through free capital increase as follows.
1. Type and number of new shares: 8,907,141 registered common shares
2. Issue price of new shares: KRW 500 per share
3. Amount and source of free capital increase: KRW 4,453,570,500
4. Date of allocation of new shares: March 27, 2026
5. Method of allotment of new shares and handling of single shares: New shares will be allocated to shareholders listed in the shareholder register as of 18:00 on March 27, 2026 at a ratio of 23 shares for every 1 share owned. However, as a result of the allocation, single shares of less than 1 share will be canceled.
6. Ex-dividend date of the new shares: January 1, 2026
7. Place of issuance of new shares: Headquarters of AL Robot Co., Ltd.
8. The CEO is delegated to carry out specific tasks related to the issuance of new shares and decide on details regarding future changes.
