In accordance with the enforcement of the “Act on the Electronic Registration of Stocks and Bonds, etc. (hereinafter the “Electronic Securities Act”)” on September 16, 2019, and to protect the holders of physical stock certificates subject to conversion to electronic securities, we hereby notify you of the following matters pursuant to Article 27(1) of the Electronic Securities Act.

– Details –

1. As of the electronic registration date (May 8, 2026), physical securities (certificates subject to conversion) owned by shareholders (rights holders) will lose their validity.

2. Therefore, shareholders (rights holders) are requested to submit the physical securities they own and apply for deposit into a securities company account no later than five business days prior to our electronic registration date.


[Note] The Company (Issuer) plans to request the electronic registration agency (Korea Securities Depository) to conduct electronic registration based on the rights holders listed in the shareholder register as of the business day immediately preceding the electronic registration date (May 8, 2026).
