AL.Robot hereby announces pursuant to Article 418, Paragraph 4 of the Commercial Act that the Board of Directors of the Company resolved the following regarding the issuance of new shares through a capital increase by third-party allotment at its meeting held on November 27, 2024.

1. Type and number of new shares: 36,363 common shares in the form of bearer shares
2. Method of issuance: Allocation by third-party allocation method pursuant to Article 9, Paragraph 2 of the Articles of Incorporation
3. Purpose of the issue: To raise funds to fulfill the company's business purposes, including operating and facility funds
4. Issue price of new shares: 165,000 won per share (par value 500 won)
5. Total amount of new shares issued: 5,999,895,000 won
